About Us:
Ashley Services Group is a founding organisation established in 1968, specialising in providing reliable temporary and on-going staff to the warehousing, logistics and manufacturing industry.
As part of our reputable service we provide to our clients, we are accessible 7 days a week at all hours.
Based on a monthly roster you will work across afternoon shift starting from 3pm and night shift starting from 11pm (overnight) on week days. You also must be available for all shifts on weekends.
This role is based in Arndell Park and is looking for someone to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Handling after hour inquiries and calls
- Taking job orders from clients
- Confirming candidate's rosters
- Replacing casual labour
- Administrative duties
- Customer service experience
- The desire to work within a thriving team and environment
- Exceptional administration and organisation skills
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
