What you'll be doing

How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

• Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for full practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
• Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in paediatric speech pathology relevant to a community and tertiary hospital setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of service delivery incorporating quality improvement process.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team as well as work independently.
• Demonstrated commitment to EBP and experience implementing EBP into service planning and evaluation of service changes.
• Demonstrated experience in providing clinical leadership, supervision and education for staff and/or students.
• Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical and administrative demands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective internal and external partnerships
