Coordinate Home Care Packages in the Illawarra region

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not for Profit welfare organisation that provide a range of aged-care services to assist in the recruitment of Care Advisor on a permanent basis to cover the Illawarra region, the role could be employed on either a part time or full time basis (3-5 days/week).
Role
As the successful candidate your role will be to manage clients that receive HCP funding, ensuring that they have choice and flexibility in the way that the care and support is provided. Services may include personal or domestic assistance, food and nursing services, medication supervision, transport, home maintenance, and mobility equipment, and your role will be to arrange the provision of these services
Criteria
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience working in a case management role with in the aged care sector
- An understanding of Home Care Packages and Consumer Directed Care
- Experience creating and mainting rosters for care staff
- Driving License and access to own vehicle
Further Info
In return, you will be paid SACS Award level 4 which is $39-42 per hour + Super + the benefits of salary packaging. You will also be compensated for any travel using your own vehicle.
