As the Director of Care you will oversee the clinical aspects of this medium sized facility based close to Templestowe. You will be a strong Clinical Manager looking to take the next step in your career.

• 80+ bed facility
• Salary of up to $110K + Super
• Small organisation with the opportunity to make the home your own
• Previous Director of Care has been with the organisation 10+ years
• Support from Quality Coordinator, financial assistance and 24/7 RN's
• Accreditation due next year although the home is running smoothly
• Current incumbent will do a thorough handover
• Start in the new year!

To be considered for this role:

• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
• Experience working in a Clinical Manager/ Clinical Care Coordinator/ Care Manager position for approx. 5 + years
• Excellent Communication skills
• Up to date with changes in aged care
• Successful history with accreditation
• Demonstrated experience with ACFI
• Ability to work autonomously
• Enthusiastic to learn
• Demonstrated ability working in a cohesive team
• Positive attitude and a real passion to work within Aged Care
