Quality Coordinator to work across a portfolio of homes. Head office based role. Report to a Quality Manager. Registered Nurse is essential!
Unique opportunity to join a small family run organisation as a Quality/Education Officer. Reporting to the Quality Manager and based at their head office you will be conducting audits, writing reports, assisting with accreditation across the homes, updating of policies and procedures, educating staff etc
To be successful you will be a self-starter, have good writing skills and communicate well.

The Requirements:
- Ability to recognise clinical risk and identify clinical indicators
- Provide clinical governance support & ensure clinical efficiency on site
- Experience within the quality space within Aged Care
- Solid understanding of the Aged Care accreditation process
- Continuous improvement and auditing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
- A passion for Aged Care
- Well-defined Computer skills, competent with spreadsheets
- Valid driver's license
- Have an analytical mind
- Be a self starter and be a quick learner
