Job description

Full time Dental Technician position at our Dental Practice in Yorketown, SA (Lakeside Dental Care)

Attractive Package ($60,000 plus super).

Position Description:

• Assisting with patient education on dental and oral health.
• Providing dental therapy using fluoride and other formulations.
• Descaling teeth/gums and removing deposits/plaque.
• Taking oral/dental/jaw impressions for moulding.
• Performing radiographic examination by using Dental X-Ray machines.
• Assisting dentists by performing local anaesthesia for oral/dental procedures.
• Manufacturing/making/repairing/maintaining dentures, dental guards/crowns/bridges and other dental fixtures and appliances.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Dental Technology or higher
• At least 2 years of full time experience
• Good communication skills
• Unrestricted, Indefinite right to work in Australia (AU Citizen, AU Permanent Resident, or AU Temp Resident with unrestricted work rights) is preferred.
