About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our client's team. Your focus will be practice administration and customer service. You will establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, external stakeholders, and all staff and management.

Our client needs someone:
Part-time approx 2 days per week
2-3 Saturdays out of 4 including weekdays
Possibly an evening a week.
We need flexibility in this position at this point but are likely to make this permanent hour in the future.

The role would suit a return to work person, with an allied health clinical background looking for a part-time position.

Your responsibilities include:
Daily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, filing as required
Answering the phone and actioning the requests
Processing claims
Scheduling appointments
Managing bookings and cancellations
Development of resources as required
Document management
Reception duties including meeting and greeting clients
Managing client queries and concerns in collaboration with the line manager
Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
Light cleaning and tidying duties as required
