The Role
Central Adelaide Local Health Network - The Royal Adelaide Hospital
Salary MOV-2
Temporary up to 30/6/21 and part-time working 5.25 hours per week
Provide skilled medical care.
Direct and oversee the care of patients for whom the Visiting Medical Specialist is responsible.
Contribute actively to the Consultant’ clinical department and Functional Service Unit to ensure safe, best practice clinical services for patients
Contribute to teaching and training of medical, nursing, allied health and other relevant staff at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Contribute actively to the ongoing improvement of the hospital’s care delivery systems.
Appropriate Specialist qualification and registrable as a Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated participation in continuing medical education since attaining specialist qualification. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
