I am looking for an experienced large format retail leader to join a well established store in Esperance. The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about their team, achieving results and passionate about exceeding customer expectations. You will need to have previous Management experience in a high stock turn environment to be considered.

The Role

Lead and motivate a large team of 120+
Solution focused and autonomous role
Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach
Full accountability of profitability and results
Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Build upon the store culture of customer engagement

What you will Have:

3+yrs experience in a large format grocery environment
Motivational leader, coach and mentor
Passion for teamwork and planning for internal succession
Strong business acumen, kipi driven and results focused
Customer first approach
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
