We are looking for a Clinical Care Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee the clinical care within this medium-sized aged care residence located in New South Wales' Riverina region. Representing this dynamic aged care provider, this position is supported by an experienced Facility Manager on-site, excellent ACFI, Education, Quality, Clinical Care, HR & Operations support teams off-site and an experienced group of aged care Registered Nurses on at all times. This provider boasts an organisational culture focused on support, respect & recognition for their staff's contributions.

THE ROLE:
The purpose of the position is to support the Facility Manager with responsibilities including but not limited to resident care, staff management, accreditation, ACFI funding and continuous quality improvement.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• Previous Clinical Care Management experience in aged care
• Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
• Valid Police Check
• Valid Driver's License
