Children's Home Registered Manager - Development Opportunity

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 DOE

NonStop care is working with a Children's welfare service based in North London to recruit for a Registered Manager to join their new Children's Residential service, a two bedded EBD home in Enfield.

The organisation offer a range of supports to young people who are at risk of social exclusion, particularly criminal exploitation and gang activity. This will be the first home in their residential service, marking an exciting step in the growth of the organisation. It is an excellent opportunity for you to be a part of the development of the service, and to progress in your career along side them.


You will manage a 2 bedded home for children and young people with challenging behaviours, many of whom have been subject to criminal exploitation. You will support the residents of the home to build healthy relationships and their own self esteem and to develop the skills to manage their behaviour. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the home and staff team, as well as various administrative tasks and record keeping. You will also be accountable for the regulatory performance of the home.

Please apply if you are an experienced residential childcare professional who has at least 3 years working in Registered or Deputy Manager roles, ideally in EBD homes. You need to have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential and a full UK drivers license.
