Reception Team Leader (Medical)

  • 2IC to Office Manager
  • 7:45am to 5:10pm Monday to Friday with ½ a Day off each week
  • Travel with the Clinic to locations: St Peters, Modbury and West Lakes
  • Varied role including administration/reception
  • Pathway towards Office/Practice Management Role

Transform Orthodontic is a leader in Orthodontics, with three locations across South Australia, their team is focused on quality consistent care from the first to the last appointment. Understanding that undertaking orthodontic treatment is a big milestone for most people, Transform Orthodontic employ the latest technology and innovative orthodontic solutions, with an emphasis on delivering an industry leading patient experience. Due to continued growth we are looking to appoint the key role of Reception Team Leader.

Working closely with the Office and Practice Manager, primarily based at Reception will be responsible for delivering an industry leading patient experience, this role will act as the primary liaison with Dr De Angelis, staff, patients and third-party providers of the Practice.

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting as the first point of contact for patients pre- and post-appointment
  • Provide exceptional customer service though the management of patient expectations.
  • Processing payments and health insurance rebates
  • Document management
  • Undertaking quality assurance procedures
  • Financial / Accounts
  • Contracts and payment plans
  • Payment of accounts
  • Scheduling, amending, and confirming appointments
  • Limited personal assistant duties to Dr De Angelis including working a rotating roster that will see you work at locations including St Peters, Modbury and West Lakes in any given week

Ideally suiting an individual working towards a Senior Administration or Office Management role, this role requires the ability to work in a faced paced environment committed to delivering an industry leading patient experience whilst embracing a philosophy that truly believes a smile can be transformative not just to a patient's physical wellbeing, but their mental wellbeing too. Applicants from within the Dental, Medical or Specialist industries are encouraged. Individuals with a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service across non-medical industries will equally be considered.
