What You Will Be Doing
We are currently accepting expressions of interest from suitably qualified PSA's to join our existing Orderly/Ward Support Team. The position on offer is a night shift 2215/ 0645 afternoon shift 1400-2230 rotating across seven days per week - Key Responsibilities Your main duties will be to:
• Support Code response calls to safely and effectively manage aggression across the hospital • Provide safe and timely patient and non-patient transport throughout the hospital
• Transfer of deceased patients to the mortuary• Actively support to improve others by providing coaching and feedback
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe environment • Operate a task management tool to perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
What You Need
These roles require you to have:• Certificate III in Patient Services Assistance or Certificate III in Health Service Assistance
• AMT Training • Ability to work as an effective member of a team
• Working with Children check • RiSCE Training
• Ability to meet inherent requirements of the role • Sound computer literacy skills
• Demonstrates excellent customer service • Good written and communication skills
