An exciting opportunity is currently available for a skilled, passionate and experienced Dental Assistant/receptionist to join our team in a full-time/4days capacity or x2 flexible part-time capacity positions with an immediate start available.

Requirements

• Australian Qualifications - Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
• Demonstrated experience in Dental Chair-Side Assisting - Essential
• Demonstrated experience in reception Skills - Desirable
• Demonstrated experience in Australian Infection Control - Essential
• Proven experience in Australian OHS&W
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A commitment to a long-term career in Dental Assisting
• Ability to use initiative with excellent time management and professional skills

Duties:

• Providing chair-side assistance (e.g. handing equipment to dentists, spraying and suction)
• Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records)
• Routinely maintaining and sterilising equipment
• Assisting with front office tasks as needed (e.g. reception)
