Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent nursing care to our clients within both a community and inpatient setting. The position will involve working across services including Rehabilitation, Palliative Care and Transitional Aged Care.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Essential

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Understanding of safe nursing practice
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with multiple software packages
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently or within a team
  • Knowledge of Quality Improvement Principles
