About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Patient Services Administrator to join us in permanent full-time position based in the St Kilda Rd City Fertility Clinic.
This role will assist CFC to deliver outstanding service and the best outcomes for clinicians, patients and the CHA IVF Global network

Desired Skills and Experience
The Candidate will possess the following:
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Basic Medical terminology training (advantageous)
- Medical software training (advantageous)
- Higher Qualifications (advantageous)
- Driver's Licence (if required for the role)
- Capacity to work in Australia
Experience
Level 1
- Entry Level position
- Min 1 - 2 years' experience in the medical industry
- Medical reception experience
- Min 3 years' experience in customer service
- Preparation of medical accounts (Billing)
- Creation of patient quotes (advantageous)
- Min 2 years' medical reception experience
- Min 2 years' experience in the medical industry or extensive receptionist experience with relevant tasks and responsibilities
- Min 3 years' experience in customer service
- Preparation of medical accounts (Billing)
- Creation of patient quotes (advantageous)
- Experience working in a Day Procedure Clinic or Hospital (advantageous)
- Experience in the field of ART (IVF) (advantageous)
- Demonstrated administration experience and mentoring skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Conflict resolution and grievance self-management
- Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills
- Intermediate / Advanced understanding of MS Office / Outlook
- Intermediate / Advanced understanding of Healthcare IT Platforms such as Genie, Clinic to Cloud, Pracsoft, Best Practice, Eclipse
- Basic health industry terminology
- Patient focused - with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to engage with patients and clinicians
