The Role

Opportunities available for Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join the friendly and supportive Rehabilitation team based in Richmond, Hawthorn, Camberwell and Brighton. Where you will use your acute and / or rehabilitation nursing skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver excellent compassionate rehabilitation care in collaboration with our patients, their families and our multidisciplinary team. As one of our clinical team, you will have the support of a great team and management who are committed to facilitating a collegial, patient-centred environment.


You will utilise your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively with the Nurse Team and our multidisciplinary team to facilitate safe, contemporary rehabilitation care.

You will make an impact by:

You have a well-developed skills. An excellent communicator, you have a supportive and engaging style that enables you to easily build rapport with your team, key stakeholders, patients and their families. You foster a supportive environment for patients and staff and have a passion for enhancing the patient experience through innovation.

You will have:

      • Current AHPRA registration
      • Relevant qualifications
      • Contemporary knowledge of best practice in rehabilitation nursing care 
      • Customer Focus.
      • Team work skills.
      • Analytical skills.
      • Planning and organisational skills.
      • Knowledge and skills of the principles of infection management.
      • Ability to educate patients, family and staff.
      • Knowledge of acts and legislation that impact on the practice of nursing.
      • Delegation and motivational skills.
