About the Opportunity

Bayside Aged Care offers a warm, family and friendly atmosphere to 40 beloved residents. Our home is conveniently situated just 300 metres from the local Mordialloc Village Shopping Precinct and 500 meters from the beach and Port Phillip Bay.

We are actively seeking experienced & dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for you to further expand your skill set in a supportive & structured environment, whilst gaining job satisfaction.

Successful candidates will be offered work on a casual & on-call basis for leave coverage. 

About You

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Personal Care Worker
• Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families and team members
