This is a Part time Office allrounder to assist in the day to day running of our clients Burleigh Office. You will need to be able to work Monday to Wednesday 9.00 - 4.00pm but with the potential to go to full time eventually. Our client specialises in creating art work and reproducing this onto home ware products and so anyone with a passion for artwork or creativity would be thrilled to work in such an open and friendly environment. If the answer was Yes then read on and see what this role will entail. You working closely with a small office team handling a wide range of office duties including but not limited to
  • Assist with incoming calls and enquiries
  • Assist with basic IT Based queries for staff and liaise with external IT when necessary
  • Email communication with customer via MailChimp
  • Respond to customer enquires, set up orders on website
  • Set and maintenance of products on various electronic platforms for accounting, sales and inventory purposes including back end of website
  • Reporting from and data entry entry into MYOB
  • Accounts payable and receivable support via MYOB
  • Ensuring all inventory is up to date in MYOB, Field Folio and website
  • Maintain customer database lists
Ii is also essential you have strong computer skills (MSWord, MYOB and Excel intermediate to advanced essential) Mailchimp as well as good data entry and typing skills. Any experience with Human Resources and Fairwork legislation, working with social medial or company websites and providing basic IT office support would be highly regarded. You will need your own reliable transport as this role is located in West Burleigh with no public transport facilities. This role is commencing March 2020 and initially will be a casual role until end of three months' probation when if probation is passed the role will become permanent part time. Interested?
