Your new role
Reporting to the Physical Services manager you will be managing the Speech Pathology section of the organisation. Working with a Multi-Disciplinary team you will support people with disabilities, Injuries and other debilitating health conditions. You will provide a range of different services from assessments, support and education to staff while having assistance of an experienced Manager. You will set goals with clients and implement care plans to facilitate reaching these goals and provide exceptional consultation to your clients and their families and/or service providers. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. Other key accountabilities include business development plans and liaising with external stakeholders and administrative tasks in line with NDIS documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Understanding of NDIS
• Eligibility for membership to Speech Pathology Australia
• Current Drivers Licence and access to Vehicle
• National Police Check
